Sherry Corbitt – 15th Year Referral Program
This contest is open to referral partners of Sherry Corbitt and by invite only.
Based on a mortgage funding with a client you directly introduced to Sherry Corbitt between Nov 15th, 2022, and Dec 31st, 2023.
PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE BELOW DETAILS:
CONTEST PERIOD
Any mortgage referral received between November 15th, 2022, and December 15th, 2023, and who closes and funds a mortgage product using
Sherry Corbitt as theirMortgage Broker in the transaction. Mortgage must close by December 31st, 2023.
HOW TO ENTER
Send a client to Sherry Corbitt to use as their Mortgage Broker in a mortgage transaction in 2023. Once the mortgage funds and closes using Sherry Corbitt’s services you will be credited one entry towards your grand total.
As you successfully complete each tier (5 funded mortgages for Tier 1, 10 funded mortgages for Tier 2 and 15 funded mortgages for Tier 3) we will plan your reward!
GENERAL
Any Tier reward can be split among referral partners who choose to work together to obtain a successful Tier. One prize per Tier, per group. For example, if 2 realtors work together to successful complete
Tier 1, 2 and 3 they can share all three prizes (i.e. the Travel Gift can be $2500 to 2 realtors for a total of $5000 given)
Sherry Corbitt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or amend this Contest in any way, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sherry Corbitt that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules.
Sherry and team, reserves the right to not work with all clients that are referred to us if we feel it is not ethically reasonable to continue with that client.
As always, we value privacy and will not be able to disclose particulars of any client’s file/transaction/mortgage unless authorized to do so by the client.
