Supporting Animal Rescue in Durham Region with a Monthly long auction

May is a month of charity giveback! We are so grateful to host a charity event to support local businesses in Durham Region and a fantastic charity!
31 Days of Awesomeness for Charity giveaway is to support and raise money for The Animal Guardian Society. This is its second annual year at running this event, which will take place from May 1st-31st. In 2020, this event raised a total of $2000.00, supporting small businesses in the Durham Region. We are hoping to reach around the same amount as last year!
How Does 31 Days of Charity Work?
This event is to support and promote local businesses while helping a deserving local animal charity. Each day in May, one local business will be presented and tagged with an Auction item donated. The auction item value needs to be a minimum of $40. The highest bid by 11:59 p.m. on May 31st per post will win that post.
1) Winners will be contacted on June 1st and must make payment by the end of June 3rd. If they do not, the next highest bid will be considered the new winner.
2) Each winner will contact the business that donated their winning items to arrange a collection. If there is a consideration with collecting the article, the winner will be refunded by June 30th if they inform us.
3) Legal jargon: Sherry Corbitt, the organizer, is not responsible if you do not like your item after collecting. No refunds once paid and collected, as this is a charity fundraiser.
