Is It Time to Renew Your Mortgage? Let’s Make Sure You’re Getting the Best Deal
Mortgage renewals can feel like just another task on your to-do list—but this is actually one of the best opportunities to review, rethink, and possibly save.
To be honest, lenders like TD are doing a great job lately with client retention. They’re offering solid renewal rates that, in many cases, are absolutely worth considering. If you’re happy with your bank and the rate looks good—staying put might be the smart move.
But here's the thing: knowledge is power.
Even if the rate looks “decent,” it’s always wise to compare what’s out there. You might be surprised at what other lenders are offering—and sometimes the difference can mean thousands of dollars saved over your term.
